Join Nadia Carriere for a 4 week series where we break down the fundamental poses of yoga, terms, the whys and hows. Learn proper form and alignment while exploring some of the basic movements, as well as breathing techniques utilized in a regular practice.
Sessions run every Sunday beginning November 7-28th, 2021

Each class will build on the one prior, so pre-registration is necessary.
